My name is Gina Haras , im a clinical psychotherapist born and raised in Mexico City with a masters on integrative psychotherapy from University of Salamanca in Spain . I have had experience in different countries with diverse cultures and religions which has enriched my view of peoples minds. I have experience working in hospitals and facilities throughout the world to gain a better perspective of what my clients need in therapy. My areas of expertise include couples therapy, family therapy , anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. My approach is highly influenced by John and Julie Gottman , as well as William James. My style in therapy is always designing the therapeutical space tailored to my patients needs and creating a comfortable , safe and open setting. Three words to describe myself would be : authentic, energetic, and empathetic. My main goal is for you to gain relief from symptoms, maintain and enhance your daily functioning, and improve the quality of your life. I have a PhD in lie detection and criminal behavior.

Specialist in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, emotional management, grief and life project. I have 2 years of experience under the guidance of professors and I am currently pursuing a diploma in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy which ends in December 2021.
During my social service in the Psychological Prevention Program coordinated by Dr. Juan Jimenez Flores, in addition to diagnosing, designing and implementing intervention plans, I have done research work in health psychology and I have attended adolescent and adult patients.
I was part of the staff team of the IX Student Congress and VIII International Congress of Psychology Research. In addition, I was vice-president of the X Student Congress and IX International Congress of Research in Psychology.
I have also made presentations on the presence of emotional affectations in nursing staff during the current COVID-19 endemic.
I studied at the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zaragoza of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where I was a speaker in educational psychology research, especially in research on the process of the acquisition of reading and writing in children.
I am a person with knowledge in the psychological affectations from the Cognitive behavioral model, committed and responsible with the search of the mental health of the people who need it, reason why the interventions that I use are sustained with scientific information because they are based on evidence.

Eduardo Amaranto Jimenez Padilla

I’m a clinical psychologist with a masters degree in clinical psychologist as well and specialty degree in psychoanalytic therapy. I have experiences as a CBT and psychoanlytic therapist, as well as a mental health coach.

I have worked in various companies promoting mental health and working with workers to support them in their development towards better mental health and emotional well-being. I am passionate about working in the clinical setting and working in mental health, I consider myself passionate, empathetic and adaptable. I have managed to promote mental health in various companies in my locality and worked towards a better understanding of it, I have also worked in global contexts within the clinical area.
