My name is Gina Haras , im a clinical psychotherapist born and raised in Mexico City with a masters on integrative psychotherapy from University of Salamanca in Spain . I have had experience in different countries with diverse cultures and religions which has enriched my view of peoples minds. I have experience working in hospitals and facilities throughout the world to gain a better perspective of what my clients need in therapy. My areas of expertise include couples therapy, family therapy , anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. My approach is highly influenced by John and Julie Gottman , as well as William James. My style in therapy is always designing the therapeutical space tailored to my patients needs and creating a comfortable , safe and open setting. Three words to describe myself would be : authentic, energetic, and empathetic. My main goal is for you to gain relief from symptoms, maintain and enhance your daily functioning, and improve the quality of your life.
