As a licensed psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology, I specialize in Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and also incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work focuses on building healthy relationships, authenticity, strengthening self-confidence and self-love, as well as developing emotional intelligence. 

I am a graduate of the University of Wrocław and a certified dietitian, which allows me to integrate knowledge about mental health and a healthy lifestyle. My experience includes both individual work and group workshops, where I support clients in discovering their values, assertiveness, and setting goals aligned with their authentic needs.
