Aleksandra

I am a psychologist and psychotherapist in training, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a specialization in Transactional Analysis. I have experience working with adults facing emotional difficulties, anxiety, relationship challenges, life crises, and other mental health concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I draw primarily from Transactional Analysis, while also incorporating elements of CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, and DBT approaches. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. I provide psychological support in both Polish and English.
