Hello and welcome to Mantra Care!
I am Anastasia, originally from Greece, and currently living in the Netherlands where I am wholeheartedly dedicated to building my practice in the field I am most passionate about — mental health care.
My journey as a psychologist started in Greece, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and developed a first deep appreciation for clinical practice also during my internship. Engaging in real-life client sessions revealed to me the profound impact of therapeutic relationships and solidified my passion for Clinical Psychology. The whole experience inspired me to continue my education in the UK, where I immersed myself in Psychoanalysis — a field that actually taught me the vital role of both introspection and self-awareness in efficient therapy.
Motivated by my personal desire to expand my skills, I pursued an additional specialised training in Trauma interventions for children and adults. This path not only strengthened my therapeutic approach but also reinforced my general commitment to helping individuals navigate their life's challenges. 
My academic journey culminated in the Netherlands, where I completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Through hands-on client work and extensive reflective practice, I managed to deepen my empathy, enhance my therapeutic techniques, and reaffirm my belief that genuine human connection is at the heart of lasting change.
Throughout my journey, I have also remained actively engaged in volunteer work, which has enriched my understanding of human nature and strengthened my interpersonal skills. 
For me, being a Psychologist is not just a career, it is a profound opportunity to guide individuals on their journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. It is a shared path of self-discovery, where we learn to embrace our true selves with compassion and acceptance. In this transformative process, therapist and client, we walk side by side, fostering a safe space for growth.
