I am an accredited member of IACP, as I have successfully completed a BSc honours degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP).

A skill that distinguishes my approach is the ability to work with clients of different backgrounds. This is due to my high familiarity with the Italian, West African, British, and Irish cultures; as well as her vast cultural knowledge deriving from numerous personal experiences.
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions using an Integrative approach, which is based on a detailed consideration of the individual’s needs and goals in order to respond adequately to clients’ uniqueness. This method draws upon a wide range of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy techniques etc.
