I am an Australian Accredited Mental Health Social Work with a focus on psychotherapy. I work alongside my clients in navigating their trauma with a combination of psychodynamic psychotherapy, along with utilising CBT, ACT, SFT, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. Currently I am learning to utilize the Conversational Model in my practice.
