I have been working for 16 years in different fields with diverse issues (depression, anxiety, addiction, burn out, marital or familial conflict, griefs, traumas, existential crisis…) always giving my best to all the people who needed psychological support whatever their needs. Within my private practice, I offer you an integrative approach with various therapeutic tools from the psychodynamic, holistic and cognitive-behavioral orientation of Psychology (mindfulness meditation/relaxation, action and commitment therapy, schema therapy, psychogenealogy…) in order to respond to your needs as much as I can. I am a humanist psychologist who provides you a secure, compassionate and free space to talk and be listened to . Therapy is not intended to save you from storms or to prevent it to come but to teach you how to face it with as much kindness as possible towards yourself, helping you to become aware of all your inner ressources and develop it, changing your perception of yourself, your relationship to your emotions, thoughts. Consequently these storms will less then not devastate you anymore while you are progressing in your inner transformation work.
