As a psychotherapist (MA), with a bachelor's degree in medicine (MBBS), and (BA) in Psychology; my approach is holistic and integrative. I do not heavily rely on medical models of pathologizing pain and suffering, but rather I offer an explorative and therapeutic space to express, narrate, and re-contextualise pain and suffering. 
My training included evidence-based models such as CBT, Humanistic-Existential psychotherapy, and various borrowed techniques from other approaches (e.g., Gestalt, DBT, Feminist psychotherapy)
