I am a psychologist and a gestalt therapist. I work online and in person with people who want to develop the understanding of themselves and their lives. The topics around this might be different but the center is - inner world of my clients. My approach is centered around the main need of the client. The therapeutic process is nondirective, non-judgmental and supportive. I am working with different clients in different stages of their life. In my practice i work with different topics related to questions close to : Who am I? What is my need? What do i feel? Where do i stand in my life? What brought me in my current situation? What are my mechanisms and models? Do i need all them now?

I am a clinical psychologist committed to helping clients learn how to cope with social, emotional and mental health struggles. I am a CBT therapist and my work focuses on cognitive behavioural approaches targeting rigid thinking patters and unhealthy core beliefs. By identifying and becoming aware of our negative automatic thoughts, we can influence our emotions and behaviours and feel happy within ourselves and our environment. I am also currently in hypnosis and hypnotherapy training that can work well as an additional intervention and offer symptom relief management to a variety of problems such as pain, insomnia, addictions and more. 
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and I have worked in the field of mental health in London for several years. I am currently a psychotherapist in Bulgaria and I can offer online therapy in both Bulgarian and English.
I am also a qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and I can offer guidance and support to clients in need of support in regards to learning difficulties and special needs. My experience in children’s development and education can help those of you struggling with parenthood as well.

As the president and co-founder of the Bulgarian Association for Reality Therapy, I have actively promoted the principles of Reality Therapy and empowered individuals to take charge of their lives. Continuously expanding my skills, I am currently training as a Reality therapist to better serve my clients.

My professional journey has granted me deep appreciation for the unique challenges and strengths that each person brings to their therapeutic journey. I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore, heal, and grow.
