I’m a licensed clinical social worker providing telehealth services to those located in FL, SC, TN, and AR.

My ideal client is one who is tired of more of the same and is ready to find ways to create change, balance, and peace in their lives. I am 100% in support of the disruptor, the cycle breaker, the one taking the time to break the generational patterns, and balking back against societal expectations to show up in the fullness of themselves. If you’re ready to stop forcing yourself into boxes you were never meant to fit into, I see you. From experience, it’s a hard journey, and you deserve support.

can all be tremendously difficult. Not to mention healing from various traumas and life experiences at the same time…whew! Sometimes the GPS is broken sis. We need to find a new route.

While I know from experience that it’s difficult, it’s not impossible. We all deserve a space to take the cape off, be supported in the process of learning how to be vulnerable, to for a moment be able to disregard the needs and expectations of everyone else around us to hone in on our own needs and desires, express them and create a path to growing into that version of ourselves without apology.
