Karl Anthony S. Rufo, RPsy, is a dedicated and licensed Psychologist with a Master of Science in Psychology from Saint Louis University. With extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings, Karl is passionate about mental health awareness and committed to helping individuals achieve mental wellness.

Throughout his career as a Psychology Professor, Karl has empowered numerous students by teaching various psychological concepts and conducting research on human behavior. His involvement in research symposia has further honed his skills and expertise in the field.

Karl's clinical training at the Wundt Psychological Institute equipped him with a wide range of competencies, including conducting intake and clinical psychological interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and providing psychological counseling and psychosocial support. His hands-on experience in clinical management and treatment planning ensures comprehensive care for his clients.

Since 2019, Karl has worked with MindCareClub as a psychologist, treating individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. His dedication to mental health has driven him to obtain his license as a Psychologist in 2018.

He currently serves as a Psychologist II at the DOH - Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Dagupan. In this role, Karl assesses treatment needs, develops and monitors treatment plans, and helps clients understand and manage their challenges by leveraging their strengths and available resources.
