I am a practicing Clinical Psychologist (RCI Registered – Sept 2024) with specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). With experience spanning psychiatric hospitals, community mental health settings, and rehabilitation centers, I work with individuals across age groups presenting with a broad spectrum of psychological concerns—ranging from mood and personality disorders to neurodevelopmental and substance use disorders.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology, I bring a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to ethical, client-centered care. My clinical approach is eclectic and integrative, grounded in scientific principles while tailored to the unique needs of each client. I am proficient in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and offering both short-term and long-term therapy.

My work is further enriched by active engagement in research, with published and ongoing projects focusing on body image, emotional regulation, and innovative therapeutic practices such as Soul Mandala Therapy.
