I've always believed that each of the individuals has their own potential and strength to develop.

 This belief led me to major in counseling psychology for an advanced course, and I was able to expand my knowledge towards the human mind – how to induce a growth mindset by embracing vulnerability. 
This learning influenced the way of my life and I am honored to assist my clients to increase their level of psychological flexibility through the therapeutic relationship.

배가 고플 때 우리는 비로소 음식에 감사하게 되고, 추운 겨울이 지나고 봄이 왔을 때, 우리는 따스한 햇살과 싱그러운 봄 향기, 움트는 새싹에도 감사하게 됩니다.
일상에서 스트레스가 느껴지는 날도 괜찮습니다. 마음 속 깊은 곳에 자리한 결핍이 느껴져도 괜찮습니다. 짜증과 신경질로 인해 어느 날엔 마음이 무너져 내리는 느낌이 들어도 괜찮습니다.
 어쩌면 이러한 신호가 주어질 때, 우리는 익숙함에 그저 지나치던 감사한 것들을 발견할 수 있는 기회가 될 테니까요.
