My professional experience and academic training form the foundation upon which I build my approach: a combination of science and an understanding of human needs. As a therapist, I rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, recognized as one of the most effective and well-documented intervention methods. However, I know that every person is unique, and the therapeutic process should be just as unique. That’s why I carefully integrate other therapeutic approaches, using creativity and intuition to respond to the needs of each client. I believe in flexibility and in the power to find exactly the methods that can bring real results for you.

More specifically, in therapy, I incorporate elements from ACT, DBT, EFT, Schema Therapy, and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

My approach is centered on the human relationship. Trust, empathy, and connection are the ingredients that create the framework in which transformation becomes possible.
