I am a licensed clinical psychologist within Australia, however I currently live in the Netherlands. I completed my studies in psychology and clinical psychology (Masters degree) in Australia and I have three years of full time work experience working online with individuals. I have experience assessing and diagnosing ADHD and autism, and working therapeutically with individuals (adults and adolescence) using CBT, ACT and mindfulness based tools and strategies. I mainly work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, autism, and relationship difficulties. However, I have a strong interest in trauma and continuing to learn more about its neurobiological functioning.
