-Create and distribute educational materials to raise awareness about mental health and wellness.
-Provide immediate psychological support in situations, including risk assessment and safety planning.
-Work collaboratively with other team members, including psychologists, social workers to provide holistic care.
-Support other psychologists and case employee as part of a peer supervision model.
-Take on team coaching and mentoring of team members.
-Organize the development of initial care plan with focus on any immediate safety concerns.
-Participate in case conferences, supervision and training opportunities.
-Develop & deliver trainings for staff on topics relevant to psychological practice, lay counselling and case management.
-Follow the organization approved policies /protocols and will apply the guiding principle during service provision.
-Develop care plans that are individualized and mutually developed with the client.
-Monitor on-going care plan development with special attention to safety issues.
-Responsible for maintaining and confidentiality of all registered documents.
-Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
-Perform other job-related duties as requested by Supervisor.
-Evaluate client satisfaction and quality of care provided.
-Offer direct therapeutic support for clients referred.
