With over 20 years of dedicated experience in mental health, I am deeply passionate about helping people forge better lives through compassionate, evidence-based psychological care. I bring a diverse skill set from academic roles, clinical practice, and leadership positions in mental health services, grounded in my Ph.D. in Psychology, Master’s in Sexology, and membership in the Psychological Society of Ireland.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with individuals and couples, helping them navigate challenges related to work, relationships, marriage, sex, family, and more. My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, combining the strengths of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, positive psychology, psychodynamics, and mindfulness practices. Every client is unique, and I am committed to crafting personalized treatment plans that foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What drives me is a genuine commitment to supporting people on their journey toward mental wellness, empowering them to overcome life’s obstacles and create a future they are proud of. Whether working in Brazil, Ireland, or internationally, my focus has always been to help people thrive in all aspects of their lives.

At Mantra Care, I am excited to continue this mission through high-quality, accessible remote therapy, ensuring that no matter where clients are, they can receive the care they need to transform their mental health and well-being.
