I am a certified Gestalt Therapist and I support adults and adolescents in situations of: illness, bereavement, separation, abuse, rejection, conflict, academic failure, discomfort, lack of confidence and/or self-esteem, burn -out, quest for meaning in one's life or spirituality...

A true philosophy of daily life, positive and creative, Gestalt is for me a humanist therapy which combines the body, the emotions, the mind, the social, and the spiritual. In my life as a man and in my practice as a therapist, I realize that this therapy of connection, of change allows me to experience fulfilling relationships, to restore my self-esteem, to choose my life.

In my practice, I give a lot of room to emotions and the meanings that can be given to events of the present and the past. With the relationship of trust that is created with my clients, I accompany them gently and consciously, towards change and a full capacity to make choices.

Overall, the idea is to leave in security, confidence and awareness, what is suffering, painful, repetitive, (too) known, suffered (sometimes unconsciously), dark... to go towards what is less known, fully chosen, creative, fulfilling, luminous...

I particularly support people experiencing professional exhaustion and burn-out.

I trained at the Institute of Counselling in Glasgow and TCCR, London, specialising in Couples, Family, Grief, Bereavement, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. I also trained in Tavistock and Portman Trust with Essex University certification in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and pursued a post-graduate psychotherapy degree at Claude Bernard University, including experience at a psychiatric hospital Vinatier resident in Lyon.
