I trained at the Institute of Counselling in Glasgow and TCCR, London, specialising in Couples, Family, Grief, Bereavement, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. I also trained in Tavistock and Portman Trust with Essex University certification in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and pursued a post-graduate psychotherapy degree at Claude Bernard University, including experience at a psychiatric hospital Vinatier resident in Lyon. I clinically and pastorally work with behavioural and emotional issues, respecting all beliefs. I offer a safe space, nurturing trust, and positive unconditional regard, enabling the sharing of personal concerns so my clients can reach their desired transformations. I diagnose and treat mental illnesses using BT (behavioural therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), CFT (Compassion Focused Therapy), Mindfulness, Relaxation, and more.
