Hi I am Ismar and I am a Psychologist and Coach. I help people to use their mental strength, strengthen their resources and lead a happy life.

My idea of mental health includes holistic approach. This means that in my work I not only use classic elements of behavioural therapy and solution-focused therapy, but also try to heal my clients holistically. For me, this also includes topics such as breathing and nutrition. 

I specialise in solution focused therapy. In addition, I use the large repertoire of other psychotherapeutic schools and trends. I also work with a holistic approach, which, in addition to psychological interventions, also include tops of sport, sleep, nutrition, breathing, meditation, and spirituality.
