I’m a counselling psychologist and crisis counsellor with immense experience working with adults and youth. 

I utilise evidence based and eclectic approach in therapy with a focus on client centred approach and cognitive behavioural model. I help people achieve growth while working on their mental barriers at the same time. I believe therapy to be a reciprocal relationship where the client and therapist have a lot to learn from each other.

I work with people dealing with anxiety, life transitions, emotional and behavioural disturbances, interpersonal and intrapersonal issues, grief and loss, trauma, workplace and academic stress, substance abuse. I have also worked with people experiencing suicidal ideation and self harm.
