I will walk beside you, helping you make sense of what you're feeling and guiding you toward the clarity, relief, and self-understanding you deserve. With a Master’s in Applied Psychology and over three years of experience, I’ve supported individuals across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds including students, caregivers, corporate professionals, and young adults. I’ve also had the privilege of sharing mental health insights with Gulf News, presenting at IPCD (International Psychology Conference Dubai), and receiving a Proficiency Prize for academic excellence. My professional journey has included working with both individuals and organizations, helping people manage emotional challenges while also supporting wellbeing in high-pressure work environments. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, which means I draw from a wide range of psychological frameworks to suit your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology. At times we may explore patterns shaped by past experiences; at other times, we’ll focus on present-day challenges and meaningful steps forward. Everything we do will be rooted in empathy, respect, and a shared goal of helping you reconnect with your strengths. I help individuals manage a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, burnout, and difficulties with sleep. I also support those navigating relationship challenges, identity exploration, low self-worth, and the emotional exhaustion.
