As a licensed therapist my specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, men's issues, military family life, PTSD, and short term behavioral therapy. After more than a decade of providing services to military personnel and families I feel prepared to handle most any complicated situation. My training and expertise is in EMDR, experiential and emotionally focused techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
