I am a Clinical Psychology postgraduate with hands-on experience in behavioural interventions, child development, and clinical settings. My work has primarily focused on supporting individuals through structured, empathetic, and evidence-based approaches to emotional and behavioural challenges. During my internship at Unified Care Autism Foundation, I conducted one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with children aged 2–14, focusing on behaviour modification, emotional regulation, and skill development. This experience strengthened my ability to observe behavioural patterns, implement intervention strategies, and build trust with clients over time. I have also gained exposure to clinical environments at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and Mind and Wellness Studio, where I developed an understanding of psychological assessments, therapeutic processes, and client interaction. These experiences have helped me approach mental health concerns with both sensitivity and structure. In addition, my work with Need Base India allowed me to engage with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, enhancing my ability to communicate with empathy and adaptability. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard and supported. My approach focuses on active listening, emotional validation, and helping clients build practical coping strategies for their day-to-day challenges. I am particularly interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting them in navigating emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.
