Elizabeth Alphonsus

I work with clients in Sri Lanka and abroad dealing with family challenges and responsibilities, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, perfectionism, medically unexplained physical symptoms and LGBTQ+ issues. Together, we can create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can share thoughts and feelings you might be struggling to share with family and friends. I completed my master's in Clinical Psychology at the University of Bergamo, Italy. I am registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy, Italy (registration number 27147).
