Ellen Kouridakis MSc

Licensed psychologist, MSc/Systemic psychotherapist specializing in relationships, life transitions and narcissistic abuse. Regular member of the Greek Association of Psychologists(SEPS). I am a licensed Psychologist with a BA in Psychology from European University of Cyprus and a MSc in Social Work from University of Nicosia. I am trained in administering the MMPI-2 to assess personality and psychopathology, as well as the WISC-V, which evaluates the cognitive abilities of children and adolescents. Committed to lifelong learning, some of my certifications include Psychopathology, Depression, Child Psychology, School Psychology, Counseling, and Life Coaching. In my sessions, I blend psychotherapy with education, focusing on negotiation as a key life skill. I specialize in interpersonal issues like divorces, family dynamics, parenting, and crisis management, as well as navigating life changes such as job loss or career transitions. I also help clients overcome trauma from narcissistic behaviors and abuse, guiding them to recognize and break free from these patterns. As a Psychology Instructor, I educate parents, teachers and mental health professionals on identity development, self-esteem, positive psychology, child and adolescent psychology, bullying, personality models etc. My primary focus is on providing psychological services to international clients, aiming to enrich my approach by engaging with diverse cultural perspectives.
