With over eight years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist (by Romanian College of Psychologists) I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English, I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including Ukrainian refugees across Europe. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology (2008) and a master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapies (2010) from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi, Romania. Furthering my expertise, I completed systemic family and couple therapy training with Gamma Institute (Romania) in 2018, followed by advanced training in Narrative Therapy with the Institute of Narrative Therapy (UK) in 2022. This specialized training has enabled me to provide tailored therapy services addressing anxiety, depression, identity crises, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Since 2018, I have managed a private practice offering counseling both in-person and online. My involvement in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) has allowed me to work closely with Ukrainian women and refugees, providing them with much-needed psychological support. My approach is rooted in Narrative Therapy, empowering clients to recognize their strengths, skills, knowledge, values, acts of resistance, reclaim agency, and construct preferred life narratives.
