As a licensed counsellor, I have been practicing since 2023, which I started in Penang. I have conducted numerous sessions - more than 1000 hours of counselling sessions excluding guidance and coaching. My clients are in varieties, coming from different backgrounds and upbringing. I have experienced counselling international clients (students and adults) to teenagers (high school students). I usually apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotional Behaviour Therapy in my sessions, however, my utmost importance is to prioritise my clients - after all my objective is to guide and assist clients to live a better life. Most of my clients reported positive experience after terminating the sessions, and with the diversified experiences that I have, I am quite optimistic that I would be able to help you.
