Hello and welcome. I am a trained Clinical Psychologist with experience working across hospital, community, and digital mental health settings. I have provided psychological assessment, supportive therapy, and crisis intervention services in federal medical centres, neuropsychiatric hospitals, and telehealth platforms. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma-related concerns, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also support individuals managing academic pressure, health-related stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I integrate evidence-based techniques with compassionate listening to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies.
