Sofia Azevedo

I'm a psychologist who is very dedicated, communicative, empathetic and dynamic, with a passion for this career. I graduated in Clinical and Health Psychology in Porto, Portugal. I've always lived in this city, but since I started private practice 3 years ago, I've had experience in individual care, both online and in person. Particularly through my online work, I have come into contact with and developed a sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences, the diversity of contexts and family differences, which ends up marking my intervention in sessions. As a psychologist my aim is to help people with their goals, to help them navigate their stories and particularities, to help them understand them, while offering an empathetic and judgment-free space.
