As a licensed psychologist trained in integrative counselling, integrative couples therapy, interactive guided imagery, relationship coaching and trainee in psychodynamic psychotherapy I offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions specialising in relationship issues, self-esteem, erotomania, depression and anxiety, personality disorders. My focus is empowering the person to create a better understanding of the self, utilise their strengths and inner resources in order to lead a more fulfilling life.
