Yasodha Rajadurai

I began my journey as a parent to a child who learned differently. In 2012, I founded All Hands Together (Singapore), driven by my passion for helping neurodivergent children thrive. Through my research, I discovered that my daughter was a visual learner who simply needed a different approach to learning. This realization inspired me to create a space where a child’s strengths are recognized and nurtured. Based in London, I work as a neurodiversity coach, supporting neurodivergent adults and neurodiverse families. I also collaborate with corporations, advocating for neuro-inclusion and helping businesses create environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive. My work is rooted in a strength-based, person-centered approach because I believe that everyone is more than a label and has unique potential.
