I am NOSIRU-AKANNI, Oluwatoyin Adebisi, a Mental Health Therapist with special interest in Children and Young people and all that have to do with them. I apply different therapy techniques (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy etc) tailored to clients' individual needs and I have had more than 350 therapy hours, working with dIfferent clients with wide range of issues such as Trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction, Self-esteem and Self-discovery issues among others. My goal is to help you live your best life irrespective of what life has thrown at you.
