As a licensed psychotherapist based in Greece, I offer evidence-based approaches in therapy for anxiety, stress, issues with self-appreciation and self-respect, interpersonal relationships, meaning of one’s own daily life and acceptance. With a MSc in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy, I provide therapy in a collaborative support tailored to each clients’ needs and therapeutic goals, with respect and a non-judgmental approach.
