After 22 years working as a Sales Manager in the largest multinacional of Spain, I turned to Coaching and got my Gestalt Therapist titulation. Moreover, due to the fact that I was living in different countries such as India, Nepal, Kenya or Peru, I also introduced other holistic therapies, as Yoga, Minfulness and Family Constellations to mention just a few, to be able to share this valuable knowledge with other people, especially in the workplace and as personal development so they can enjoy their lives to the most.
