My approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), sometimes borrowing elements from approaches like play therapy, and solution-focused techniques to address challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues etc, and developmental disorders like ADHD and Autism. I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and understood, adapting my methods to fit their unique needs and developmental stages.
