I am a clinical and sports psychologist, trained in contextual approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. In my work with consultants I use a lot of training in mindfulness skills, interpersonal effectiveness and emotional regulation, depending on the evaluation I make of the consultant.
