I am very passionate about mental health, specialising in anxiety, depressive states, sleep difficulties and an array of other mental health issues. All my training was completed in the UK, where I lived for around 8 years. I believe that since the start of my career, I have been trying to emphasize on the importance of self-care and acceptance of one's thoughts and experiences, and to promote positivity. I have moved back to Bulgaria 3 years ago, aiming to break the stigma around mental health and to create a compassionate environment where people can explore their challenges and embark on a journey of healing and growth.
