My work includes many different offerings and the common thread throughout is nurturance and trauma informed care. As a Black and Queer person in the field of mental health and wellness it is important for me to acknowledge the disproportionate access to support that Queer and Black, Indigenous and People of Colour clients face when seeking mental health support. I currently provide virtual Psychodynamic Counselling and EMDR Therapy to individuals. This support can be time limited or open ended depending on the clients needs.
