I'm an experienced psychologist, working in the mental health care industry. Skilled in Healthcare, Mental Health Care, Behavior Change, Psychology and Hypnotherapy. In my practice, I follow the principles of Existential Therapy and the Humanistic Approach, namely Empathy, Connection, Acceptance and Support. I believe that each person has a unique inner resource, which is sometimes dormant and muffled and needs to be awakened and realized. Our whole life is an adventure, a journey we must take. It is up to us to experience it adventurously and learn the lessons we have been taught to learn, or just go through it without noticing the signs.
