Dina Abdelrahman

Licensed professional counselor (master's degree in clinical psychology,2016 from university of Houston clear lake, in Houston Texas USA). I work with ages 12 and up online. I worked with variety of mental health issues starting from life difficulties and the need for self development, mood disorders (anxiety and depression), relationship issues, and trauma. My practice is mostly through CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). I have special training in CPT (cognitive processing therapy for PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder), I am a CPT provider. I use Islamic faith based therapy often when appropriate, based on the client. I'm heavily influenced by the Islamic faith. However, majority of my work was with non-muslims. I use this approach only when suitable and needed by the client.
