In my psychological work I am aware of all the paradigms but I mostly practice the Person-centered counselling and Humanistic approach combined with some of the principles of Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I like the analitical approach of K.G. Jung and the personal approach of Carl Rogers. In sports psychology I have developed my own program adding specialized psychological tests and practices dedicated to the professional athletes but most of them applicable to every person chasing a life goal. I have master's degree in psychology and numerous clients from various fields but despite all the knowledge and experience I posses, when I approach a human soul I am also just another human soul. Beside my proffessional work I am author of book and the first and still only Bulgarian to have snowboarded (or skied) from 8000m+/26000ft+ summit.
