I am a Psychologist with a deep focus on therapeutic interventions, I adopt an eclectic, client centered approach that fosters long-term mental wellness. My therapeutic practice ranges in modalities of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoanalytic Therapy, ERP, DBT, Narrative & Schema Therapy, extending to cognitive remediation, emotion regulation, relaxation training, mindfulness based intervention and social skills training. My interventions are designed to empower clients by enhancing their coping mechanisms, improving emotional regulation, and fostering resilience. I have also worked with diverse populations, including LGBTQI+ clients, ensuring affirmative and inclusive therapy. By combining psychological testing and regular progress monitoring, I ensure that interventions are responsive and adaptive to each client's evolving needs. I provide a supportive, empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful, sustainable change through structured, compassionate therapy.
