Esaa Abdullah

As a highly qualified therapist, I hold a BSc in Psychology, and an MSc in Applied Psychology, deepening my understanding of human behavior and mental health. I have also completed a diploma in acupuncture, allowing me to incorporate holistic approaches into my therapeutic practice. My professional journey spans various roles within the field of psychology. I served as a psychologist at Rathinam Public School, where I supported students’ emotional well-being and development. At Gowtham Multi-Speciality Hospital, I have worked as a counselor and therapist, providing tailored mental health care to individuals, helping them navigate through personal challenges, and promoting overall psychological wellness. In addition to my therapeutic roles, I have shared my knowledge as a guest lecturer at AJK Nursing College, specializing in psychology, and mentored budding professionals through my teaching experience. My diverse background equips me to offer compassionate, evidence-based care, tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients.
