My job is to conduct counseling sessions online, assisting people in developing self-awareness that allows them to explore and tackle personal, interpersonal, and professional difficulties. We examine and discuss existing needs, limitations, and resources. Part of the process is exploring the triggers that start and perpetuate problematic situations and discovering new ways of dealing with the triggering situations that produce more satisfying results - focusing on enhancing authenticity, adaptability, resilience, and fulfillment.
