Hi, i am a registered Clinical Psychologist with a range of experience across children, young people and adults. I try not to get caught up in labels or diagnoses, and prefer working in a very creative and individual focused way. I draw on a range of different therapeutic models such as CBT, attachment focused therapy and Cognitive Analytical Therapy. I know reaching out to someone can be incredibly nerve wracking so I take a relaxed and conversational tone throughout.
