I am a professional Mental Health Counsellor, a graduate of the European Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy - EICP in Greece and a member of the Hellenic Counselling Society. In addition, I have specialised in Couples and Family Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Therapy and Positive Psychology. Considering learning as a key tool for personal growth, information and development of my psychotherapeutic capacity, I am currently attending the University of MARCONI (Italy) in the Department of Psychology (2022 - ) I believe in and offer a safe and confidential environment for all my clients. Appreciation, honesty and respect as an individual are concepts that I strive to walk in my work. As an individual, I am dedicated enough to my clientele to provide the highest quality of care that each person deserves. In collaboration with the client, we always determine goals and based on those goals we try to create a customized treatment plan that meets the specific needs of the individual. Both short-term and long-term treatment is provided. I aim to help you identify and achieve your goals by providing a safe, authentic and supportive individualized treatment experience.
