As a licensed clinical psychologist and Cognitive and Behavioural therapist I offer clinical services in the spheres of history or current episode of gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, trauma, anxiety, depression and other related issues. My focus is to combine traditional Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy skills with third wave Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy approaches such as Mindfulness.
