Interested in diving further into the complex layers of our minds, as feelings and emotions play a huge role in our daily lives; my studies in Psychology have given me this opportunity. I have completed my training as a counsellor with the sole aim to broaden my horizon, and further understand the complexity of the humans’ mind! Durning my practicum, I was responsible for conducting weekly one-to-one sessions with university students, as well as external clients. Anxiety attacks, depressive episodes, as well as cognitive biases where some of the issues that were discussed within the sessions. Throughout this period, I have managed to take a more detailed look towards the counselling process, as well as work together with the client towards the goals set within those sessions
